Hello

I'm Lydia! I graduated from Montclair State University with my Masters of the Arts in Communication Sciences in 2013.  Since then I have worked with pediatrics in the elementary and middle school settings as well as a private clinic. I have also worked with adults in the skilled nursing and outpatient settings. 

I love learning how to strengthen communication skills and increase speech intelligibility.  I am PROMPT (PROMPTS for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) Level 1 trained.  PROMPT is a therapy approach that facilitates speech and language through physical/sensory cues. When I'm not brushing up on my skills, I'm cooking, pretending to garden, and spending time with my family.
